  2.2.4 Accelerated Death Benefit
  If you are under age 60 and diagnosed with a terminal illness (i.e., you have a life expectancy of 12 months or less), and proof of such diagnosis is provided by your Physician, you may request from $3,000 to $8,000 of your life insurance benefits be paid to you prior to death. You may only exercise this option once and the amount payable to your beneficiary upon your death will be reduced by any amounts you receive as an accelerated benefit.
