Dental benefits are available to all active Participants and their covered Dependents. Retirees and their Dependents are not eligible for dental benefits, unless they are continuing coverage under COBRA as provided in Section 1.1.9.
The Fund’s dental benefits are self-insured and are administered by Benefit Consultants, Inc. |
