9.0 COORDINATION OF BENEFITS (COB) |

If any person covered under this Plan is also covered under any other plan (as defined below) and is entitled to benefits or services as to medical care, services or supplies for which benefits are payable under this Plan, the benefits otherwise payable under this Plan shall be adjusted to the extent hereinafter provided if required by the terms of this provision so as to consider the benefits or services under such other plan.
