September 9, 2010   TABLE OF CONTENTS   1.1.6 Effective Date of Dependent Coverage – Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug and Wellness   Coverage for each eligible Dependent of an Employee will become effective on the later of the date the Employee’s coverage becomes effective or the date the person becomes a Dependent.
