September 6, 2010   TABLE OF CONTENTS   1.1.3 Effective Date Of Employee Coverage – Life and Weekly Disability Income   An Employee’s life insurance and weekly disability income coverage will become effective on the eligibility date set forth above provided he is not absent from active work due to Injury or Illness on that date. If he is absent from work due to Injury or Illness, the effective date of coverage will be deferred until the earlier of the date (a) he returns to full-time work or (b) he becomes able (as certified by a Physician) and is actively seeking to return to full-time work (and promptly so notifies the Trustees).
