| The Trustees have the authority under Section 3.02 and Section 6.01 of the St. Louis Graphic Arts Joint Health & Welfare Fund Trust Agreement of August 1, 1979, to amend the Plan. Under this authority, the Trustees amend the Summary Plan Description of November 1, 2006 to eliminate any reliance on Genetic Information. |
| AMENDMENT |
| Section 4.4, Exclusions is amended by the renumbering of subsection 4.4.1.f as 4.4.1.e and the deletion in its entirety of current subsection 4.4.1.e. which had provided: |

| The following charges are not Covered Charges, and no benefits will be paid with respect to them: |
| 1. Preexisting Conditions. |

| e. groups which are not newly organized if the group was accepted after the Employees and their Dependents completed Health Questionnaires and were accepted into the Plan. If information was withheld from the Health Questionnaires which would have resulted in the group not being accepted, the waiver of this exclusion will not apply and the claimant on which such information was withheld will be subject to this preexisting exclusion, subject to reduction for prior creditable coverage; |
