Part VII of the Plan, beginning on page 97 of the November 1, 2006 Summary Plan Description, is hereby amended effective January 1, 2008 to change the Out-of-Pocket Maximum for the Open Access Medicare Prescription Drug Benefits by the addition of section 7.2.1 as follows:
7.2.1 Out-of-Pocket Maximum. Effective January 1, 2008, the Out-of-Pocket Maximum for prescription drugs for participants covered under the Prescription Solutions Prescription Drug Benefit for Medicare Retirees and Dependents shall remain at $1,500 for individuals but the family Out-of-Pocket maximum will be eliminated.
In all other respects coverage of this benefit remains the same.
