  Why are my claims not being paid?
  There can be several reasons claims are not being paid.

Did you receive a request for additional information such as an accident letter, a letter asking for information concerning the possibility of this claim being a workers compensation claim, an explanation of benefits sheet from the primary carrier, other coverage update or an itemized bill? A request for information can delay the processing of your claim at least 10 days once you have submitted the information to the Fund office.
