| | I just recently retired. Can I continue my coverage by self-paying? |
| | Once the Fund is notified that you were reported for less than 70 straight time hours in any one month, you will automatically receive a COBRA letter. If you qualify as a "retiree" as defined in the amended January 1, 2001 Summary Plan Description, you will have the option of continuing the same coverage through COBRA or declining COBRA coverage and electing the retiree self-pay coverage that is available through the St. Louis Graphic Arts Joint Health & Welfare Fund.
