Do I need a prescription drug I.D. card?
If you are enrolled in the United HealthCare Medicare Complete (HMO) you will have a combined medical/prescription I.D card. If you are enrolled in the HealthLink Open Access III or the Value Plan, you will have an Express Scripts prescription drug I.D. card that is separate from your medical I.D. card. If you think you do not have the proper I.D. cards, contact the Fund Office.

If you are enrolled in the Open Access Medicare Plan, you will have a Community CCRx I.D. card.
