| | By law the cost of COBRA coverage cannot exceed 102% (150% during the COBRA disability extension) of the cost of coverage to the Fund. Those costs depend on the coverage you select. Those costs are available in the "forms" section of this Website. More information about your rights under COBRA are set out in the SPD. |
