| | When can I change from one plan to another? |
| | If you are a Medicare Retiree, you may switch plans during one of the Open Enrollment periods (January or July), or when you experience a change in Family Status (such as marriage, divorce, birth, adoption of a child or death of a spouse or child, provided that the request for change is received in writing in the Fund Office within 30 days of the change in status). |
