| | If you are an active or COBRA participant, you are enrolled in the HealthLink Open Access III Plan.
If you are a non-Medicare retiree, you are enrolled in the Value Plan.
If you are a Medicare retiree, you have two plans you can choose from:
(1) Open Access Medicare
(2) United HealthCare Medicare Complete (HMO)
If you are an active or COBRA participant, please review the HealthLink Open Access Summary of Benefits located in the "forms" section of the web site.
If you are an non-Medicare Retiree, please review the non-Medicare Value Plan Sumamry of Benefits located in the "forms" section of the web site.
If you are a Medicare retiree, please refer to the Medicare Retiree Comparsion located on the "forms" section of this website.
